Good to know

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps 7-8 comfortably, with 1-king bed, 1-full bed, 1-queen bed, and 1-memory foam queen sofa bed. Our home is a 7-10 min leisurely walk to one of Florida’s most serene beaches. Enjoy our spacious screened patio equipped with ceiling fans, cozy seating including a 2-person egg swing chair, a new large hot tub, and an outdoor dining table. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, roller cart, and beach towels are available for your convenience. Dogs: Our property is “house-trained” dog friendly. Dogs ONLY under 50 pounds are welcome pets - no oversized dogs unless approved in advance. Please keep them off the furniture and beds - no exceptions. Also you are responsible for any damages and must clean up their waste and throw away in bags before departing. Do not leave dogs outside unattended and if they like to bark you must control that out of respect for our neighbors. Thank you. Regulatory Info: LBTR 36642

House Rules

Pets policy: Only house-trained dogs weighing less than 50 lbs are allowed. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds - no exceptions. Dogs must not be left unattended outside and if barking is an issue guests must control that out of respect for our neighbors. There is a dog bed provided and dog bowls. No cats or other pets are allowed.

We keep some personal items in the garage, including a golf cart, paddle boards, and a kayak. These are for homeowner use only and are not included with the rental. Please do not use them. A

“We will be back”, is the best compliment I can give this beautiful generous and play-filled home. There is care and delight in every corner, from the hot tub, to the beach-ready gear in the garage, to the fenced in back yard for the pups, and TVs in every room, and a well appointed kitchen with every gadget you could wish for. On top of that—Corey’s place being pet friendly with such a nice home and great location is a big plus for us, not having to leave our small dogs behind and even being able to take them to the beach was a joy. Restaurants in the area and the beautiful nature preserves make this a wonderful stay to recharge and get back to simple pleasures. Like I said, we will be back. Thank you Corey!

We had a wonderful stay! It was clean, relaxing, quiet and had everything we needed. Location was fantastic. Publix was around 2 miles away. Driveway is curved so you can get in and out easily plus we could put our motorcycles in the garage which was great! We used the grill every night. We look forward to staying again next year! Nothing negative to say

Sehr ruhige Straße, nur 5 Gehminuten zum Strand. Das Haus war für uns (Familie, 3 Generationen plus Hund) perfekt - ebenerdig, 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche, alles sauber und gut instand gehalten. In der Garage fanden wir alles, was man sich für einen Strandurlaub wünscht, und im Haus viele Spielen Spielen für die Familie. In der Nähe findet man ein Publix und Tankstelle. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in guter Reichweite, u.a. Washington Oaks Gardens State Park und St. Augustine. Nichts - war alles bestens!

This was our second stay at Corey's home for Christmas. The weather was so much better than last year so we spent more time at the beach which is just a few short blocks away. He provides everything you need for the beach, you don't need to bring anything. My daughter uses a wheelchair but is very small so we carried her over in the wagon...lol but there is an accessible beach 9 minutes away called Varn Beach. The house had everything we needed to cook with and have a wonderful meal. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close by. Even if the weather isn't perfect, the house is so welcoming you can hot tub, play games, cook and rest. Thanks again, Corey.

Corey’s place was pristine. Great location - close to Sr. Augustine and Flagler Beach. Short walk to the beach and located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Will rent again.

This was our second time here and once again we loved it. The house is set up perfect for a family to enjoy the beach lifestyle . An easy walk to a wonderfully quiet dog friendly beach.. many nice touches, such as board games, and fun things to do at the house. If you are a biker, you’re connected to the A1A trail right away and can go for miles. We will be happy to stay here any chance we get when we come back to Palm Coast?
